What Youll Do

Customer Service (70%)

• Support users via email and chat only no phone calls involved

• Provide accurate friendly and timely responses in German and English

• Use internal systems and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries efficiently

Content Moderation (30%)

• Review content on platforms and marketplaces to ensure it follows guidelines

• Flag document and escalate inappropriate material when necessary

• Contribute to a safe and respectful online experience for all users

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent German (C1 level)

• Intermediate English (B2 level) youll use it every day

• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills

• Familiarity with basic software tools (MS Office web browsers)

• Eagerness to learn no prior experience needed training is provided

• Ability to work in shifts including evenings and weekends

• A proactive responsible and positive attitude
