Customer Service Specialist (German-speaking) Hybrid in Malta

Schedule: Full-time rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)

What Youll Do
Customer Service (70%)

Support users via email and chat only no phone calls involved

Provide accurate friendly and timely responses in German and English

Use internal systems and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries efficiently
Content Moderation (30%)

Review content on platforms and marketplaces to ensure it follows guidelines

Flag document and escalate inappropriate material when necessary

Contribute to a safe and respectful online experience for all users
What Were Looking For

Native or fluent German (C1 level)

Intermediate English (B2 level) youll use it every day

Strong attention to detail and written communication skills

Familiarity with basic software tools (MS Office web browsers)

Eagerness to learn no prior experience needed training is provided

Ability to work in shifts including evenings and weekends

A proactive responsible and positive attitude
