Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships internal and external to the organization.
  • Thought leader driving revenue growth through human resources strategies.
  • Aligns and supports all HR strategy talent and leadership development succession planning organizational effectiveness employee relations culture coaching and total compensation across the company.
  • Drive critical HR processes throughout the organization and leverage HR to implement cultural and organizational change while also accomplishing key business objectives and overseeing talent acquisition retention and succession.
  • Bring significant HR experience with a reputation for proactively using the HR function to help drive change and support the execution of business strategy possess strong business acumen have experience contributing as a peer to executive team and a proven track record of helping build great companies with great cultures that drive business growth and retain talent.

  • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with all levels of a global organization.
  • Judgment initiative and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.
  • Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries disciplines and cultures.
  • Strong project management process management and analytical skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree required. Degree in HR Management preferable.
  • 15 or more years of progressive HR experience in a global environment
  • Transportation/Supply Chain experience a plus

CERTIFICATONS & LICENSES

  • HR certification preferred.
