Job Summary
Job Description
This position is with Bosch Automotive Steering within the Human Resources department. This position will provide meaningful hands-on work experience in related field of study. Get a chance to leave your mark on Bosch processes and learn about HR and how multi-faceted it really this role youll be given projects and the freedom to propose your own suggestions and run with them.
*This position is only being offered on a FULL-TIME basis. It is also best that candidates are eligible to rotate for the Summer semester as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following
- Opportunity to observe and actively participate in several facets of a business environment learning and proposing own ideas in projects
- Will be actively involved in supporting plant-wide and cross-functional projects
- Support the day-to-day function of Human resources
- Recruiting career fairs etc.
- Wellness/Diversity initiatives
- Administrative maintenance payroll timekeeping SAP internal job application processing
- Training
- Digitalization initiatives
- Supporting the implementation of the Bosch employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications :
Education and/or Experience:
- Student enrolled Bachelors or Masters degree program preferably Human Resources Communications or Business related and interested in career in Human Resources.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Power BI experience is a plus
