The Role
OpenTeams Incubator is looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven remote full-time Corporate Counsel to support our expanding organization. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a scaling tech company.
You will work closely with leadership and will contribute to shaping strategy. This role comprises a mix of corporate governance M&A fund compliance commercial contracting privacy/data policy and international issues. Its a broad role with significant should reside in the United States and be able to collaborate with co-workers in the US time zones.
