The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Information Technology Senior Manager to join the team in Berkeley MO or Hazelwood MO.
The successful candidate will be a leaderof our Information Technology professionals supporting proprietaryprograms in the St Louis region to meet the needs of todays is a fast-paced position within our Specialized US Infrastructure Operations team leading new technology insertion meeting new program commitments and meeting our compliance and regulatory needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Empower teams so they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organization and deliver to business priorities
Manage the team and their deliverables including projections for future needs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Work with managers to manage work priorities facilitate skill assignments and address people actions in order to maintain high performing work teams
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Manage technical debt to ensure products get and stay ahead of the technology obsolescence curve
Manage financial performance
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple computing platforms and organizations
5 years of experience working on and/or leading Agile teams
5 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Infrastructure Operations
Experience coaching and mentoring peers and/or reports to continuous learning and improvement
