The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Information Technology Senior Manager to join the team in Berkeley MO or Hazelwood MO.

The successful candidate will be a leaderof our Information Technology professionals supporting proprietaryprograms in the St Louis region to meet the needs of todays is a fast-paced position within our Specialized US Infrastructure Operations team leading new technology insertion meeting new program commitments and meeting our compliance and regulatory needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Empower teams so they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organization and deliver to business priorities

  • Manage the team and their deliverables including projections for future needs to ensure alignment with organizational goals

  • Work with managers to manage work priorities facilitate skill assignments and address people actions in order to maintain high performing work teams

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports

  • Manage technical debt to ensure products get and stay ahead of the technology obsolescence curve

  • Manage financial performance

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple computing platforms and organizations

  • 5 years of experience working on and/or leading Agile teams

  • 5 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with Infrastructure Operations

  • Experience coaching and mentoring peers and/or reports to continuous learning and improvement
