We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Shanghai Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Is able to understand the business implications of decisions and what it takes to drive profitable growth. Developalternativesolutions for product innovation. Support knowledge transferring and product training with the team.
• Leads large/complicatedclient teams projects and deadlines by utilizing project management tools. Extendsandexpandcurrentclientrelationshipand addonnew clients. Responsible for establishing necessary carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients. Address client problems proactively and independently.
• Generates new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the sales plan. Introduces Mercer EH&B products and services to new clients. Provides EH&B Sales Leader with new and expanded business opportunities.
• Involves in product improvement and development. Contributes to operational streamlining and optimization. Drive the achievement of financial result and effectively manage AR.
• In addition to managing coaching/mentoring team members contribute to knowledge transferring and talent management.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Human resources Actuarial studies Applied psychology Industrial/Organizational Psychology Management Statistics discipline etc.
• Advanced knowledge with Employee Benefit and Compensation.
• Strong analytical skills and project management skill especially for large and jumble client.
• The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Highly proficient computer skills.
