Job Summary
The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled corporate M&A Associate to join our dynamic team in Shanghai.
Qualifications :
Your experience
- 3-5 years of experience (Inbound and outbound exp. preferred) from a reputable law firm.
- Strong academic credentials in law.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing M&A transactions.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
