What Youll Do:
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for high-volume recruiting hiring and onboarding of clinical personnel to appropriately staff customer programs based on member volume and forecasted staffing needs. The role requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams. The Clinical Recruiter reports directly to the Sr. HR Manager and will play an active role in the development of full life cycle recruitment processes procedures and policies to drive scalability and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
High-volume recruitment hiring and onboarding of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians CDCESs RNS etc.) to appropriately staff customer programs based on member volume and forecasted staffing needs.
Partner with the Clinical team on the selection process
Build and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates to support business growth through sourcing and engagement
Support with call center and corporate recruitment efforts as needed
Support with the development of full life cycle recruitment processes procedures and policies to drive scalability and efficiency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal state and local employment-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Maintain in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program
Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring to The Team:
3 years of experience with high-volume recruiting and staffing of clinical personnel (Registered Dietitians CDCESs RNS etc.). Experience recruiting independent contractors preferred.
Minimum of a bachelors degree
Proven experience utilizing an ATS scheduling applications and learning management platforms
In-depth knowledge of federal state and local employment-related laws and regulations
Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism confidentiality and integrity
Demonstrated ability to develop implement and manage processes and systems to support a growing business
Energetic and positive personality with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
Must reside in the US
