Job Summary
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced exciting and growing organization. We are looking for an executive thought leader to support Director Amazons WW Cross-Border in Seattle Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in working in partnership with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex planning scheduling and organizing and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
