Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate CRM Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting configuring and improving our Salesforce environment while also gathering requirements documenting processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce administration experience who also wants to grow into business analysis bridging the gap between users and technical teams. The role will be worked on an afternoon shift that runs through 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage users roles profiles permission sets and sharing rules.
Maintain data quality through regular audits duplicate management and sandbox refreshes.
Configure custom objects fields page layouts record types flows validation rules and approval processes.
Create and maintain reports dashboards and list views for business stakeholders.
Provide Tier-2 support during the afternoon shift troubleshooting user issues and logging bugs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Assist in documenting business processes system enhancements and functional requirements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test scripts and deployment of new features.
Partner with senior Salesforce professionals to ensure alignment with best practices and business priorities.
Contribute to light technical tasks (e.g. SOQL queries small Apex/Flow adjustments) when needed.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
13 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Strong understanding of flows validation rules reports dashboards and other core admin tools.
Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes in a business or IT environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred but not required.
Exposure to Salesforce business processes such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with integration concepts and data migration tools (Data Loader Workbench etc.).
Knowledge of Jira Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools.
Interest in developing BA skills such as requirements elicitation process mapping and stakeholder management.
