Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with world class professionals to solve real business problems while acting as a liaison between IT and our lines of this role you will be a valuable source of support through forecasting in depth analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing data to provide top notch recommendations enabling the team to meet their operational goals. You will also be responsible for application system and process management initiatives and for ensuring the decision platform is processing applications in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and in accordance to the platform addition you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex and interesting application processing issues monitor system performance and identify enhancements to give our customers the best experience in the industry.
Responsibilities:
System and platform management
Provide End User support
Troubleshoot a variety of technology issues
Support challenging and exciting projects
Interface between Business and IT in a highly collaborative environment
Conduct in depth analysis and reporting on complex system and platform issues
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of experience in system and platform management
At least 2 years of experience providing end user support
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years of experience with Service Now
1 years of experience within the financial industry
Business Process Management Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Riverwoods IL: $86000 - $98200 for Systems Specialist II OpsCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
