Position Responsibilities:
Ensures that air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation systems operation functional testing modification maintenance troubleshooting repair preflight and postflight checks release for flight and preparation for delivery
Interfaces with flight crews engineering management suppliers and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience of experience in an Aerospace Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
1 yearsof experience working in cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing to work any shift (may be selected for 2nd or 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Decorative Paint Operations
3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
3 years of experience working with Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)
Shift:
These positions are for 2nd and 3rd shift placement will be determined once candidates are selected. Must be willing to support on any shift.
