About the Role

For this Board Member vacancy we are looking to strengthen our Board by recruiting people with experience in asset management.

Board members have ultimate responsibility for the strategic leadership of CCHA anddirecting the affairs of CCHA ensuring it is solvent well run and delivering the agreedoutcomes for which it has been set up.

Key Responsibilities:

• To set and oversee the long term strategic direction for the organisation;
• To set the risk appetite and monitor risk;
• To ensure an effective business plan and budget is in place and that the businessremains financially viable;
• To ensure that performance is monitored and managed through internal controlsand delegation;
• To approve key policies and take decisions about matters reserved to the Board;
• To ensure that the Board fulfils its duties and responsibilities for the propergovernance of the organisation including compliance; and
• Be an ambassador for CCHA and represent the organisation as appropriate.

Your time and work will be compensated with a remuneration of 4000.00 per annum.
