Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support to clients of MetrixIT Solutions
Handle inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through various communication channels
Document and track client issues to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Assist in the development of customer support procedures and documentation
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or technical support role

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
Experience in the IT industry or related field
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $32000 per year
Maximum Salary: $65000 per year
