Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to clients of MetrixIT Solutions
- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through various communication channels
- Document and track client issues to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Assist in the development of customer support procedures and documentation
- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support role
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in the IT industry or related field
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools
