Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to clients of MetrixIT Solutions
  • Handle inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through various communication channels
  • Document and track client issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Assist in the development of customer support procedures and documentation
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support role

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools

Salary & Benefits:
