Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through chat for MetrixIT Solutions
  • Assist customers with technical issues product inquiries and general questions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries through chat or online platforms

Salary & Benefits:
