Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through chat for MetrixIT Solutions
- Assist customers with technical issues product inquiries and general questions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
