The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of the propertys facilities equipment and grounds. This role involves troubleshooting repairing and maintaining mechanical electrical plumbing and structural systems. The technician will work both independently and collaboratively to support a safe clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical HVAC and plumbing issues.
Maintain records of repairs maintenance schedules and inventory of supplies.
Assist with facility upgrades renovations and special projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Communicate effectively with team members vendors and other departments.
Support emergency response efforts and on-call duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for work order systems and documentation.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
Frequent standing walking bending and climbing ladders.
Exposure to varying weather conditions and noisy environments.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as .

Hospitality setting with indoor and outdoor workspaces.
Fast-paced guest-facing environment requiring flexibility and responsiveness.
May require evening weekend and holiday shifts.
