Job Summary
Position Details:
We are actively seeking an Implementation Management Contractor to support our Noom team through the beginning of 2026. This contractor position will be critical in helping us support and execute a high volume of client implementations during our busiest time of year.
As an Implementation Manager Contractor you will own and drive the end-to-end implementation process ensuring timely high-quality delivery of projects and solutions for our Noom Health clients. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success Product Engineering Marketing Finance and external stakeholders to coordinate seamless onboarding and deployment experiences that set our clients up for success.
You Will:
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through launch
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on timelines resource needs and dependencies
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and status reports.
- Track and report on pipeline project status and key milestones to internal stakeholders
Serve as a key point of contact for clients during onboarding ensuring a first-class implementation experience - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities during our high-volume season maintaining focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure client requirements are met and provide post-implementation support as needed
You Have:
- At least 5 years experience in implementation/project management roles for a digital health company
- Proven experience managing eligibility feeds SFTP connections API integrations and other healthcare data pipelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills both with internal and external (clients partners) stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies along with reporting tools.
Contract Details:
- Location: Remote (US-based required)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Rate: $50 - $70/hour
- Start Date: September 22 2025
- Duration: 4-5 months
- Potential for extension or contract-to-hire conversion upon business need
