A career in Infrastructure and Property within Internal Firm Services will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection facilities management and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.
What you will be doing:
As a Facility Specialist youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Respond to daily requests related to the maintenance of the office in Bucharest (cleaning equipment/facility or furniture malfunctions etc.);
- Daily verification of the functionality of the office in the building;
- Maintain the relationship with the building management;
- Coordinate the schedule and activity of the handymen;
- Quantitative verification of utility bills and daily necessary material consumption (cleaning consumables utilities work estimates etc.);
- Responsible for verifying and reconciling the service fee;
- Keep records and complete the monthly CSR Net Zero report (electricity gas fuel consumption);
- Coordinate the maintenance of offices in the region when necessary through subcontractors;
- Coordinate directly contracted administrative services: cleaning and security;
- Backup for managing the access control and CCTV system (issuing and managing access cards door groups video surveillance etc.);
- Backup for managing printer accounts (allocating cards and issuing pins);
- Driver administration (various situations)
- Fleet administration (authorizations tire changes technical inspections etc.);
- Maintain the relationship with operational leasing providers and process their invoices;
- Manage the relationship with fuel providers handle fuel cards and process invoices;
- Manage the relationship with car rental companies;
- Technically and operationally coordinate the relocation and/or renovation projects of offices;
- Maintain the relationship with architects directly contracted;
- Maintain the relationship with the owners representatives to efficiently manage technical and operational issues in terms of cost/time;
- Any other request from the direct/indirect manager.
What we need from you:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Strong ability to work with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confrontational discussions.
- Strong negotiations skill
