MW Partners is currently seeking a RPO Recruiter to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Builds and maintains effective partnerships with other recruiters and hiring managers to create a strategic recruiting plans to attract top industry talent
- Provides consultation to hiring managers and other stakeholders in alignment with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations as well as departmental processes
- Sources and pipelines candidates for jobs through internal and external tools and resources
- Aggregates market and industry data for the purposes of negotiating compensation with applicants and influencing strategic recruiting methods with hiring teams
- Ensures quality and approves job postings and advertising
- Contributes to the companys employer brand by promoting workplace culture values and tech-related initiatives
- Builds and maintains the network of potential candidates through proactive market research
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical financial and cybersecurity assets and properly accessing and managing private customer data proprietary information confidential medical records and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Requirements:
- A. High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing crafting job postings and building recruitment strategies.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and creative outreach strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting
