Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Social Sciences or a related field. 5 years experience in project management programme implementation or operations. Proven ability to manage budgets risk and stakeholder relationships. Exposure to schools NGOs or corporate sponsors is advantageous. Strong leadership communication and team management skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation methods fundraising and donor reporting is beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning & Delivery Develop and manage project implementation plans across multiple programmes. Coordinate schedules with internal teams schools suppliers and logistics partners. Oversee events ensuring seamless execution of logistics venues and supplier coordination. Track timelines scope and quality standards to meet programme objectives. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure all contracts suppliers and partnerships are aligned with SLAs and compliance standards. Identify and address operational risks putting controls and mitigation strategies in place. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with statutory safety and data protection requirements. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Act as the primary liaison between schools sponsors service providers and internal teams. Maintain strong partner relationships and provide regular progress reports. Support corporate sponsorship partnerships and in-kind contributions. Strategic Implementation Translate organisational objectives into actionable processes and rollout plans. Drive efficiency improvements and transition key functions in-house where possible. Develop SOPs to standardise project and event delivery. Monitoring & Impact Measurement Track programme participation feedback and outcomes. Implement monitoring evaluation and reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact. Provide insights and recommendations to management and funders. Financial & Resource Management Compile and manage programme budgets ensuring delivery within approved costs. Monitor supplier spend and negotiate for best value. Alert leadership to variances in billings income or potential write-offs. Team Leadership Recruit train and manage high-performing project and implementation teams. Set clear expectations conduct performance reviews and foster collaboration. Maintain a positive productive team culture.
