Job Description
- A large residential development in Stellenbosch
- A Shopping Centre development
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out to programme specification and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors trades and site staff
- Monitor progress productivity and adherence to health & safety regulations
- Assist with site planning material ordering and cost control
- Report to the Site Manager and attend progress meetings
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Foreman on large residential or commercial projects
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings and plans
- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving ability
- Valid drivers license and own transport essential
