Sales Executive Conferencing & Events
Our client is revitalising their conferencing and events venue and is seeking dynamic persuasive and target-driven Sales Executives to lead the charge. This role is all about hunting for new business generating leads and closing deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive you will:
- Drive outbound sales activity including cold calls client meetings and tailored proposals.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Conferencing Managing Agent to ensure seamless client handovers.
- Represent the venue at client pitches networking functions and industry events.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years B2B outbound sales experience ideally in conferencing hospitality or venue hire.
- Established relationships within the MICE industry (Meetings Incentives Conferences & Exhibitions).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation pitching and negotiation skills.
- Resilient self-motivated and comfortable in target-driven environments.
- Must have own transport and a valid drivers licence.
Personal Attributes
- A hunter mentality driven to build a pipeline and close deals.
- Confident and persuasive with strong relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and competitive with the discipline to follow through.
- Comfortable working in a base commission remuneration structure.
- Energetic networker who enjoys building long-term relationships.
