Location: Pasadena MD 21122
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests managing reservations and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests according to seating chart and server rotation
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
- Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
- Assist servers and bussers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
