Job Description

You will be based at our Malaysia Technology Center (MYTC) the heart and pulse of our IT activities Center of Excellence and Development.
Your Responsibilities
- Enthusiastic and passionate about business functions in the science and technology IT domain.
- Understand and practice fundamental day-to-day tasks or projects.
- Engage in best-practices networking with peers from various business functions and Senior Management. Possibility of forming long-term relationships and improving communication and teamwork abilities.
- Identify and implement improvement possibilities within own team and/or with other process teams such as working on proof-of-concept themes improvement activities and generating learning materials.
- Assist the project team with transformation load validation of master data and reporting.
- Participate in system development integration testing deployment implementation and training.
- Maintain the Global/Regional training documentations and knowledge database up to date.
- Performing relevant support activities as and when required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical research and creative abilities.
- Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills both written and verbal; ability to articulate in Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in Java SQL and Data Analytics is a plus.
- Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary.
- Able to commit for a min of 6 months of internship.
