What You Will Do
Perform procurement and supplier administration functions in support of U.S. Government (Domestic and International) subcontracts.
Manage and care for high dollar FFP and Time and Material subcontracts from $10K to equal/greater $100M in value.
Manage the overall sourcing and procurement activities from development through production and final contract close out.
Manage tactical and strategic aspects of supplier relationships. Monitor and care for multiple subcontractors and material suppliers. Includes interface with functional and internal support organizations such as Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Engineering Production Control Operations and Material Program Managers and Program Office.
Develop supply chain strategies and alternatives.
Act as the focal point for subcontractor performance including RFP generation review adequacy of requirements flow-down development of negotiation plan.
Lead negotiation of price delivery payments and all contractual terms; Purchase Order placement and maintenance; Milestone monitoring and completion of supplier assessments; assist in supply chain forecast generation.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Minimum 6 years experience in supply chain procurement and/or subcontract management role/s.
Experience working with FAR/DFAR

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with New Business Capture and Proposal.
Experience with negotiation of price reductions and terms and conditions

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
