Job Description
Join our dynamic team in Charlotte as a Lead CNC Machinist where your expertise will drive the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes. We are seeking a seasoned professional who will take charge of setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes specifically Haas and Fadal machines to produce components of varying sizes and complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret detailed blueprint drawings to accurately set up CNC machinery.
- Operate CNC equipment to machine parts with precision and efficiency.
- Create modify and optimize CNC programs to enhance production processes.
- Mentor and assist junior machinists fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency with Haas and Fadal CNC mills and lathes.
- Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and geometric dimensions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This role requires on-site presence offering an opportunity to contribute directly to our production excellence. Please note that interview expenses will not be covered.
