SS&C Intralinks
A growth-oriented business unit of SS&C Intralinks is a technology leader in M&A Alternative Investments and Banking & Securities markets. Our solutions facilitate 1/3 of the worlds global M&A deal flow and 50% of the private equity raised globally.
About the Team
Youll be a part of a highly motivated dynamic and professional team where you have a voice and you have a chance to make a contribution and impact the future products. Intralinks pioneered the virtual data room (VDR) and started a revolution in the way global banking deal making and capital market transactions get done. Youll be part of the team that works on that VDR Platform.
The Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery of client specific solutions leveraging the Intralinks Platform and Product Suites. You will work closely with Application Development Engineers Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design and implement solutions based on our product offerings with a focus on the creation of custom applications and integration points based on the Intralinks APIs.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviours with user interactions. You will work with our development team to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Works closely with our Solutions Team to understand story definition and its acceptance criteria in order to translate requirements to design and implementation
- Translates designs and style guides provided into functional user interfaces ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance
- Support and learn from your teammates.
- Communicate well with other developers / designers
- Actively participates in the test automation of the UI components and the application as a whole.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of user experience with newer components and server-side interaction
- Ensure compliance to coding standards and security policies.
- Embraces iterative development using Agile methodologies that involve design development and deployment.
- Interacts with the members of the cross functional organization to advance the development goals of the team
- Contributes towards the maintenance and support of production releases
Your Experience
- 3 years of experience building web applications
- Strong knowledge of C#/ .NET
- Familiarity with JavaScript UI frameworks such as Angular React Backbone etc.
- Good familiarity with best code standards and patterns
- Strong understanding of JavaScript its quirks and workarounds
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs for specific functions and services
- Experience troubleshooting cross browser and cross platform issues
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling partial page updates and AJAX
- Experience with TDD principles and processes
- Specific experience using:
- - HTML5 CSS ECMA Script 6 Angular / React / Backbone jQuery
- - Selenium Mocha Jasmine
- - REST API / JSON / XML
- - Development using GIT
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ECMAScript 6 TypeScript is a plus
- Relational and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Education
- BS or MS in Math or Computer Science
