As a Machine Learning Specialist Solutions Architect (Specialist SA AI/ML) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) you will be part of the Solutions Architect (SA) team. With deep expertise in AI/ML workloads you will contribute to customers initiatives leveraging AI/ML technologies by maximizing the benefits of the cloud leading the resolution of business and technical challenges.
AI/ML technologies are highly sought-after and customers have high interest and expectations. Your mission is to enable more customers to run AI/ML workloads on AWS by solving their technical and business challenges in adopting AI/ML technologies. You will provide support for customers developing machine learning models or those seeking to create value by leveraging existing models. Additionally you may have opportunities for external outreach such as speaking at events and webinars.
AWS cloud technologies continuously evolve based on customer feedback and requests. AWS offers a wide range of services so it is essential to keep learning about the latest technologies and trends even after joining. At the time of application having AWS or cloud technology knowledge is not a prerequisite. Instead we value your willingness to acquire cloud knowledge as part of your continuous skill development after joining.
Through your activities as an SA you will deepen your understanding of customer trends in AI/ML adoption and technology development trends while gaining exposure to various AWS cloud technologies sparking your interest and deepening your learning. Your existing technical expertise and experience will undoubtedly be valuable. Engaging in discussions with diverse customers and contributing to the realization of value through advanced technology adoption will provide a unique experience in this role.

You will primarily engage with Japanese customers advocating the value of running AI/ML workloads on AWS and addressing related challenges. You will collaborate with customer-facing teams including account managers and other SAs to conduct customer-facing activities.
You will create reference architectures best practices and other content sharing information through external seminars internal study sessions or internal document sharing. You will gather and organize information about new AWS services and features ensuring readiness to propose solutions to customers. Additionally you will continuously keep up with the rapidly evolving machine learning technologies and industry trends raising your voice and sometimes leading initiatives on actions AWS should take.
You will provide customer feedback to AWS product development teams contributing to AWSs efforts to deliver optimal services for customers. You may also collaborate with global teams and participate in company-wide initiatives.
Starting with your areas of expertise you will gradually expand your coverage through daily work and experience accumulation.
