Prepares promotional and marketing initiatives
Develop implement and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing strategy and business goals.
Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as Linkedin Instagram Facebook and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach engagement conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing R&D HR etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts using Sprout Social tool.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
Engage with followers respond to comments/messages and foster community growth.
If necessary coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns and partnerships.
Prepare monthly reports and present insights to stakeholders
Supports the digital marketing team on delivering our strategy and plans
Collaborates with and/or provides direction to cross-functional teams on our digital marketing plans gaining insight from experts around the business such as Product
Marketing and Marketing Communications internal IT/Operations teams and external agencies/vendors.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms analytics and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Multilingual skills or experience in international markets.
