China Rewards team manages compensation and benefits programs that succeed in attracting and retaining employees. We love to work as a team to find comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex situations. Were looking for a student Intern working with us to help with the benefits programs implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the benefits programs communication sessions/trainings arrangement and support the communication materials preparation as needed
- Support on designing engaging promotional materials (emails posters health newsletters etc.) to boost employee awareness of benefits programs or wellbeing initiatives
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs as well as annual renewal process
- Collaborate with site HRs for on-site wellbeing activities arrangement
- Refine and maintain the SharePoint for Country Rewards page
- Assist with other ad-hoc Rewards assignments
Requirements:
- Second/Third year in Bachelor study or First/Second year in Master study;
- Human Resources Management/Psychology/English Literature/Business Administration majors are preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills are preferred
