Job Description

Description

Tasks may include:

  • The candidate will have the responsibility of handling the renewal and amendments of current Management System Certification (MSC) projects on time as well as assure that all information of projects is correct with the aim to keep customer certificates valid;
  • Communications with internal and external customers;
  • Information Analysis
  • Other duties assigned by appropriate management
  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service
  • Oversee Internal coordination and project outcome; effectively and efficiently processes internal and external request associated with the client
  • Communicates directly with the client and works to find solutions for the client
  • Ensure quality of data and timelines meet requirements in accordance with scheme and DNVs ICP and internal KPIs
  • Coordinate planning efforts between the auditor and client ensuring audit timing windows are maintained
  • Review audit data and update multi system database to account for the changes impacting the clients certifications
  • Consistently meet key metrics - KPIs related to scheduling and planning response time internally and externally and Reports
  • Interacts with other departments including Sales Technical and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Ensure on-time certificate delivery

  • Comunicao com clientes internos e externos;

  • Anlise de informaes;

  • Outras funes designadas pela gesto responsvel;

  • Responsvel por oferecer um alto nvel de atendimento ao cliente;

  • Supervisionar a coordenao interna e os resultados do projeto; processar de forma eficaz e eficiente as solicitaes internas e externas associadas ao cliente;

  • Comunicar-se diretamente com o cliente e trabalhar para encontrar solues para ele;

  • Garantir que a qualidade dos dados e os prazos atendam aos requisitos de acordo com o esquema o ICP da DNV e os indicadores internos (KPIs);

  • Coordenar os esforos de planejamento entre o auditor e o cliente assegurando que as janelas de tempo da auditoria sejam mantidas;

  • Revisar os dados de auditoria e atualizar o banco de dados em mltiplos sistemas para registrar as mudanas que impactam as certificaes dos clientes;

  • Cumprir de forma consistente os principais indicadores (KPIs) relacionados a agendamento e planejamento tempo de resposta interno e externo e relatrios;

  • Interagir com outros departamentos incluindo Vendas Tcnico e Auditores para garantir uma experincia superior ao cliente;

  • Garantir a entrega pontual dos certificados.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read/interpret audit protocols and work instructions
  • Good interpersonal communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills with ability to drive and achieve results in an independent manner through functions geographies and stakeholders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Desirable experience with customer service with at least 1 year relating to certification
  • Ability to read/interpret audit protocols and work instructions
  • Good interpersonal communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills with ability to drive and achieve results in an independent manner through functions geographies and stakeholders

  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinmico e lidar com mltiplas tarefas e demandas simultneas;

  • Boas habilidades interpessoais de comunicao e de gesto de partes interessadas internas e externas com capacidade de impulsionar e alcanar resultados de forma independente atravs de diferentes funes regies e stakeholders.
