Learning and Development Specialist (12 month FTC)
As the Learning & Development Specialist at Aer Lingus you will be an integral part of the Talent Management team focusing on designing coordinating and delivering various learning and development programmes. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the professional growth and skill development of employees contributing to a high-performing and engaged workforce. From identifying training needs to implementing innovative learning solutions you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that employees have the resources and opportunities to excel in their roles.
This role sits within the Talent Management team which is part of the People Organisation. The position reports into the Head of Talent Management.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract
