WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful shipment clearance
- Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient
- Ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements
- Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed
- Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels assisting with both pre- and post-clearance issues
- This role consists of approximately 80% document handling and 20% manual handling
- This is a permanent full-time position requiring 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Please note this role is based SYD
