Responsibilities
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partners and company guidelines
- Maintain and execute a timely schedule before during and after completion of repairs
- Communicate supplements to guests and insurance companies on the same business day as written
- Consistently follow-up on warranty related concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure guests vehicles are returned clean and in excellent condition
- Stay abreast of and consult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience as a body shop Estimator or automotive insurance claims adjuster
- I-Car certified in Body and Paint Procedures
- Efficiency with computer applications specific to body shop operations. (i.e. CCC1 Audatex Mitchell Estimation System Dealer Track ProfitNet and Performance Gateway)
- Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional communication skills and experience dealing with complex issues and customer concerns
- Integrity and honesty are absolute requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
