Job Description
Position: Body PE Production Engineer
- Process Planning; Machine Specification Creation; Machine/Equipment Procurement; Installation/Trial Management ; Quality Analysis Adjustment and Improvement;.
- Project Management; Schedule Control; Budget Control/Cost Reduction; Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking;
- BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work weekends holiday periods and shutdown periods to support tooling modification and installation projects.
- Ability to travel to support work at machine vendors client manufacturing locations
- Strong computer (Catia / Carrot 3) modeling Experience
- 1-2 yrs Automotive/Manufacturing Hands-On Engineering Experience.
- 1-2yrs Project Management Experience (Totoya PE Experience highly favored)
- 1-2 yrs Tooling Design tooling procurement / jigs and weld tool experience
- 1-2 yrs Automotive or Body Welding Experience new equipment procurement new product launch
- 1-2 yrs Robotic Experience
- 1-2 yrs AGV Auto Guided Vehicle Experience
