What You Will Do:
The Benefits Specialist (Benefits Team) is a key member of the Human Resources team being integral in supporting the overall administration of the benefits and leave of absence programs in addition to supporting other functions within the department. This position is heavily involved in the HRIS as it pertains to benefits set up reporting and will be responsible for remaining up to date on system changes to determine areas for improvement. This position will have an opportunity to interact across the HR department and within the firm assisting ERGs and firm-wide events to promote and communicate benefits and wellness initiatives.
Office Location: Roseland NJ
Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Amount of Travel Required: 0
For candidates meeting the requirements the expected base salary is $80000 to $90000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
