At We Insure the Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our franchise network of independent insurance agencies. This role is responsible for building strong consultative relationships with franchise owners to drive retention performance and satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor ensuring that each franchise partner is equipped with the tools resources and insights they need to thrive in the highly competitive insurance market. Success in this role is measured by the ability to own outcomes increasing franchise performance ensuring client retention and delivering measurable business growth across assigned accounts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned franchise owners producers and agency teams providing proactive support and strategic guidance.
Develop account growth plans tailored to franchise needs leveraging insurance market insights to drive retention and expansion.
Track and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing Carrier Relations Finance and Customer Service to ensure franchisees have the resources to succeed in selling and servicing insurance products.
Lead regular business reviews aligning on key performance metrics and next steps to improve outcomes.
Communicate updates on promotions incentives carrier partnerships and compliance requirements.
Advocate for franchise partners internally ensuring their needs are represented in corporate initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Ability to analyze insurance performance metrics and drive business decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient organizational and process management skills.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
35 years of experience in account management preferably in the insurance or financial services space.
