Pay Rate: $2033 weekly

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Statesboro GA. The Physical Therapist will assess design and deliver individualized treatment programs to enhance patient mobility alleviate pain and restore physical function. The ideal candidate is patient-focused detail-oriented and committed to supporting recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations including medical history and functional assessments to create customized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve strength mobility and range of motion.
Educate patients and families on therapy programs home exercises and preventative care.
Document progress treatment plans and outcomes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and allied health professionals to coordinate care.
Continuously monitor and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe supportive and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
