Punters Bar is a friendly and vibrant Bar and Bottle Shop located at the corner of McMinn and Cashman Streets in Darwin City. WHO YOU ARE
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 1 year minimum experience and genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record in a similar management role.
- Experience in Gaming TAB and Keno including cash reconciliation.
- Previous experience in a similar Hospitality Duty Manager role.
- Experience with Cash Redemption Terminals.
- Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations.
- NT Gaming Machine Managers Licence (or ability to obtain) RSA and RSG.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous bottle shop experience is desirable.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Manage stock including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Assist with monthly stocktakes.
- Liaise with industry representatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Experience with SwiftPOS is advantageous.
