Job Summary
You will work as a key member of the data collections team supporting both in-lab and vendor-based projects. Your roles will include setting up devices and labs ensuring devices are functioning properly and updated with the required builds recruiting participants to sessions training and onboarding rotational contractor and vendor-based moderators moderating data collection sessions with participants troubleshooting issues and performing tasks to ensure that data is of the highest quality. You will also support key cross-team initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
- 5 years experience working with people in a professional environment
- Proven ability to resolve basic technical issues with different Apple hardware and software. Aptitude for setup and troubleshooting of devices and software builds
- Expertise navigating systems and tools sharing best practices with team members

- Thrive in a fast paced environment and maintain a good working relationship with key project stakeholders
- Communicate issues proactively across teams and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and processes
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times while providing project support
