Position: SCM Digital Specialist

Location: Krakow / Poland (hybrid/remote)

How Youll Make an Impact

• Lead the deployment of SCM digital systems (e.g. SAP CELONIS) Power BI AI and cloud-based platforms.
• Analyze SCM workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve delivery cycle times.
• Monitor digital initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee digital projects from conception to execution ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs such as cost savings and open PO status.
• Collaborate with IT procurement and vendors to ensure seamless integration and data governance.
• Conduct workshops and provide support to upskill teams on new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g. GDPR) and promote sustainable practices.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain IT Engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in supply chain roles with a focus on digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI CELONIS).
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications cloud platforms and blockchain technologies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in vendor management.
