As our Administration Support you will be part of an exceptional team of administrators with a focus on smooth day to day running of our IT department.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Manage meeting rooms schedules and bookings
  • Oversee office deliveries and couriers
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Liaise for building maintenance and repairs
  • Administer office access and security fobs
  • Welcome and onboard new starters
  • Coordinate desk moves and workstation setups
  • Maintain health & safety compliance
  • Assist with orders and distribution of corporate clothing
  • Be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about each other and the role they play in delivering outcomes for the business.
  • Work in an environment where collaboration is valued and development opportunities are actively encouraged.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Proven admin experience high attention to details; office coordination a bonus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills are a bonus
  • Excellent organiser with strong planning prioritisation and time management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Eager to learn lend a helping hand and muck in with the team
  • Takes real pride in your work and always aims to deliver a quality experience
