Senior Project Manager - High-Value Smart Building Projects
Location: Client Sites London
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 90000.00 with allowances
4 days a week London site or office based 1 day working from home
Lead the delivery of complex multi-faceted smart building projects across ICT security networking AV BMS and IoT systems
Champion a culture of health safety and welfare on-site driving continuous improvement and proactive risk management
Leverage innovative technology-driven platforms like and Exchange IQ to enhance project delivery and generate valuable insights

Our client a leading specialist in delivering high-value multi-technology smart building projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex cutting-edge projects across various sectors.
Position Overview
As a Senior Project Manager you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the delivery of high-value multi-faceted smart building projects. You will collaborate with various teams to validate programme timelines resource planning and project setup ensuring projects meet performance budgetary and quality objectives. Leveraging innovative technology platforms you will drive continuous improvement capture valuable data insights and foster trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic operational input during tender and bid processes for high-value projects reviewing and approving bid sign-off documentation
Collaborate with teams to validate programme timelines resource planning and project setup in
Lead mobilisation meetings manage design development and set strategic project controls
Monitor critical activities ensure efficient resource allocation and lead quality assurance efforts
Capture and analyse project data ensure timely submission of valuations and invoices and lead financial and progress reviews
Oversee commissioning and testing coordinate seamless transition to support teams and manage post-handover actions
Own project budgets financial planning and analysis accurate reporting risk management and effective change control
Act as the senior point of escalation for client matters foster trusted relationships and gather client feedback
Ensure health safety and site compliance driving continuous improvement and proactive risk management
Requirements
Proven track record of successfully leading complex multi-faceted programmes in the smart building sector
Strong commercial and financial acumen combined with exceptional technical and operational knowledge
Experience with technology-driven platforms like and Exchange IQ is beneficial
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to mentor and develop a team of Project Managers
Commitment to health safety and welfare on-site
Relevant professional qualifications in project management
