Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to enterprise systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies security protocols and compliance standards.

- Design implement and manage IAM solutions including provisioning de-provisioning authentication and authorization.
- Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AD AWS IAM).
- Develop and enforce access control policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Monitor and audit user access and permissions to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT HR and business units to streamline identity lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of IAM configurations and documentation.
- Participate in security assessments audits and incident response activities.
