Software Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced and experienced software developer with expertise in Java Python and C who also has leadership capabilities to guide a small development team. You develop applications while mentoring and coordinating team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop complex software solutions using Java Python and C.
• Develop ODS Strategies.
• Lead a small development team encouraging best practices code quality and technical growth.
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements define technical solutions and deliver.
• Conduct code reviews troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide guidance on technology choices.
• Maintain clear documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
