The Junior Operations Analyst - Packaging aims to support the processes in the Package area in a holistic way manage the reverse logistics of our packaging and be the communication channel between the connected areas. Ensure the quality
and integrity of processes in accordance with legal requirements operational procedures (SOP) policies and/or any other required standards.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of import shipments through an Intercompany control spreadsheet
Notify the arrival of imports to the Customer Service team as well as update the TMS system with the expected landing dates
Monitor delivery status to the end customer coordinate reverse logistics of empty packaging and temperature monitors and create return requests for the World Courier office
Development and monitoring of area indicators such as consumption of operational inputs World Courier packaging and other SLAs
Be the focal point of communication between operational CS and sales areas when necessary.
Support the Operational Supervisor in the governance of topics in the area such as Reverse Logistics TMS KPI MUP and Argos Adoption
Support the Operations Supervisor in managing the direct costs presented in the P&L
Manage the need for positioning World Courier supplies and direct requests to the Package Hub Global cell (PH1)
Support the team in the process of managing the inventory of World Courier and single use packaging as well as carrying out the monthly
inventory
Cooperate with colleagues to maintain a good organizational climate
Assist with verification to ensure that company procedures are being followed
During your working hours always be available for calls or when assigned to be on call if necessary.
In the event of any accident or incident involving packaging this however minor must be immediately reported to your managers
Carry out the required training and those in our Master Control Matrix and Learning Portal
16 Use PPE correctly

Education:
Completed higher education in Logistics/Administration or similar
Work Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Logistics Operations
Skills and Knowledge:
Intermediary English
Good interpersonal relationships
Being able to take and assume responsibilities
Sense of urgency
Have a holistic view of operational and administrative processes
Have knowledge in stock organization
Have basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Have basic knowledge of good inventory practices.
