POSITION Brake Press
JOB LOCATION Milwaukee WI
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st shift 6am to 2pm
STARTING PAY $18 to 22
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1 plus years experience
Responsibilities
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements
Setting a computer-controlled press brake to project specifications
Ensuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brake
Monitoring the pressing process
Measuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches specifications
Troubleshooting and addressing problems that arise
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year brake press experience preferred
-Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background
Experience working on a job shop or machine shop setting
