Description

Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Tooling Coordinatorin our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the logistics and overall management of tooling within the Heavy Maintenance facility.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate tooling stock levels to meet operational demands.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Production Manager of the Heavy Maintenance base.
  • Collaborate closely with the Line Maintenance Tooling team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure all tooling is maintained in a serviceable and calibrated condition ready for immediate use by Engineering teams.
  • Manage the movement of tooling across the network to ensure a well-organised efficient operation.
  • Track and follow up on open repair orders with Ryanairs approved repair and calibration vendors; assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors with additional capabilities.
  • Assess tooling needs and support the justification and procurement of new tools based on operational requirements.


Requirements

  • Strong ability to work independently demonstrating sound judgment and a mature proactive approach.
  • Highly organised with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Competent in both literacy and numeracy.
  • A background in mechanical engineering or tooling is considered an advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge of stock control and logistics processes is considered an advantage.
  • Aviation background is considered an advantage.
