Finishing Foreman Drogheda
Permanent position -4 year project
Our client who are an award winning multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. This company have over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry. You will be based on a large-scale Housing Development in Drogheda this is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Subcontractor management ensuring compliance with the programme of works on site
- Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site through to completion
- Reinforcing Health & Safety compliance striving for an accident-free site
- Ensuring the delivery of high-specification finishes
Requirements
- Carpentry trade qualification advantageous
- 5 years experience within a Finishing Foreman role
- Significant experience with Residential housing and apartment developments
