Job Title: HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Estate Agency
Location: Streatham (Forest Hill) SE23
Salary: 45000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A highly successful independent estate and lettings agency in Streatham is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee their residential portfolio and support the growth of their property management division.
The role requires expertise in all aspects of residential property management including tenancy renewals deposits and S21/S8 notices alongside excellent client tenant contractor and supplier management skills. This is an excellent career development opportunity for an ambitious and professional candidate.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the residential property management team
- Oversee tenancy renewals deposits and notices (S21/S8)
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and company policies
- Liaise effectively with landlords tenants suppliers and contractors
- Maintain high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance support and training
- Implement and maintain efficient property management processes
- Report to senior management on portfolio performance and issues
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential property management
- ARLA membership desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of tenancy law and property legislation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and confident communicator
- Well-presented self-motivated and efficient
- Positive professional and team-focused approach
- Willingness to stay up to date with training and legislation
- Full UK driving licence
